Caprivating Zambezi gives you a unique opportunity to see the variety of game in the dry salt pan of Etosha Park to the flood plains of the Zambezi river.
As one of Africa’s greatest parks, Etosha is home to the Big 4 and over 340 bird species.
Game viewing is a pleasure thanks to the extensive network of roads linking over 300 water holes.
In Etosha you can expect to see will include elephant, black rhino, lion, kudu, jackal, zebra, gemsbok
Our tour also takes us to the world’s largest known meteorite at Hoba. With an estimated weight of 60 tons the meteorite is thought to be between 200 to 400 million years old.
The Kavango region contrsts sharply with Etosha where reed lined channels and riverine forests dominate.
Here the Kavango river is a lifeblood for the local people who live by fishing and tending cattle.
Following the route of the Okavango river into the Zambezi region the tour moves onto the Mahango Game Reserve.
Mahango is known for its roan and sable antelope as well as the red lechwe and rare sitatunga. Rare sightings indeed.
On a canoeing excursion on the Chobe River experience the herds of elephant as they swim, drink and play in the river.
