Seasons in Kruger
April to September is regarded as winter, when the days are warm and the nights cold.
October to March is hot and generally rainy.
Best viewing season is Winter.
Regarded as the wildest and most difficult area to access, is the northern section of Kruger.

With greater ecological co-operation across African borders, several countries bordering South Africa have agreed to take down fences. Those between Kruger and Mozambique’s Limpopo National Park and Zimbabwe’s Gonarezhou, have been removed to create the Greater Limpopo Transfrontier Park.
