Gorges and Little Gorges can be found perched on the edge of the Batoka Gorge, 250 metres above the Zambezi river. This is truly a spectacular viewpoint and just a 30 minutes drive from Victoria Falls town.
Warm hospitality awaits in the peaceful surrounds. Indigenous hardwood has been used in the main lodge and there are ten stone chalets under thatch.

Little Gorges accommodation is in 5 luxury tents on wooden decks. The bathrooms are en suite with a shower cut back into the rocky terrain

The Batoka gorges are approx. 270 metres deep and over a kilometre wide. These colossal cliffs create winds and updraughts providing an excellent environment for raptors.
For the avid birder you can expect to find taita, lanner and the peregrine falcons. On the raptor side Augur Buzzards can be found within sight of the lodge with Bat Hawks are seen at night. Adding to this list of avian predators are a resident pair of Verreaux’s eagles.
