Bridge Swing
Swing, Rock and Roll off the famous Victoria Falls Bridge which is one of the most iconic landmarks in the area. Includes exclusive access to the walkway platforms under the historical Victoria Falls Bridge
Our crew offers clients the most fun & adrenaline packed Swing while keeping you “alive and kicking” (literally)
Options include: Forwards, Backwards and Tandem… whichever way you choose to swing into no-man’s land!
The bridge swing operates from the same platform as the bungi jumping but utilizes the System B. The most substantial difference between the Bridge Swing and the Bungi Jump is that there is only one method of attachment. That attachment is done using both the pelvis and sternum attachment of the full body harness.
The client is briefed and harnessed up in the same manner as the bungi jump, and first attached to the secure line on the platform before being escorted onto the platform.
The swing is done using two 65 meter static line climbing rope attached to a 10 tonne safe working load cable by a steel clamp. A 1m bungi cord is positioned on the clamp to provide the swinger with a smoother ride and more comfortable swing.
Bridge Swing minimum: 10 years. Persons under the age of 18 must have written consent of a parent of guardian who is in attendance at the site

Bridge Slide (Zipline) as it was over hundred years ago
The building of Victoria Falls Bridge using a (Bosuns Chair )
Today you slide 240 metres for fun
The Bridge Slide is mildly adventurous but friendly for all ages from six years and up – either alone or with a friend.
Beginning from a platform on the Zambian edge, the zipline glides 240 metres over the rapids in the Batoka Gorge below affording incomparable views of the Victoria Falls before gently coming to rest on the Zimbabwean side of the bridge.
Lower down Batoka Gorge is one of the world’s most spectacular High Wire zip line slides, running 425 metres across the Zambezi river, starting from the Zimbabwe side

The Bungi Jump
The ankle harness has two components:
Padding to provide protection to the ankles. Mountaineering webbing (3,000 kg working load).
The webbing is secured over the padding and around both legs just above the ankles, binding both legs firmly together. The knot used is a self-loading knot that is impossible to either slip or come undone during the jump. There have been over 1 000,000 jumps world wide using this particular ankle tie method without an incident of it slipping or coming undone.
The client is harnessed up for the jump and is safely attached at all times. Jumpers utilize the sternum attachment with a separate sling attachment to the bungi cord as a secondary back up and for recovery back to the bridge. All connections to the bungi cord are made before the platform safety line is removed.
The Jumpers’ weight is transmitted through the ankle harness to the bungi cord, which stretches out to approximately three times the original length. This elongation provides a gradual deceleration of the jumper’s free fall without placing any sudden stressful forces on the jumper.
Clients can decide at any stage not to jump. At no stage is anybody forced to jump or pushed. However, after the registration process has been completed, jumps paid for are considered non refundable and non transferable.
Recovery Position:
After the client has jumped, a recovery operator is lowered down to the jumper, who then attaches a recovery line to the body harness of the jumper. Both the jumper and operator are then winched back onto the catwalk below the bridge. During this process, the jumper is pulled into an upright position.
Clients are attached to a safety line on the catwalk and checked by a senior jumpmaster before being escorted onto the bridge road-deck.
The Bridge Tour
The Bridge Tour is a wonderful experience for all ages and contains aspects of theatre, history and adventure and can be enjoyed by all ages.
Wonderfully entertained by the reincarnation of the builder of the bridge
This includes a theatrical and entertaining presentation on the history of the Bridge and the men who built it and a rare opportunity to walk on the catwalks beneath the Bridge used in the original construction in 1904.
